Nevo is designed in an unusual Arts and Crafts style, which sets it apart not only from other houseboats but also from other houses in the city.The two-story house itself is suitable for a large number of guests and is equipped with everything necessary to host an event of any scale: from a family weekend getaway to a grand birthday party. The location of the houseboat will ensure that the event will be held among the most picturesque views. The houseboat is located in the heart of the yacht club on Krestovsky Island, and the panoramic windows offer a view of the picturesque Elagin Island and a futuristic panorama of the Gulf of Finland, dominated by Lakhta Center and dozens of yachts and sailing boats.

Guest memo:

           

1. Check-in to the house is done starting at 14:00. Check-out is due by 12:00. In the absence of other reservations, the time can be adjusted to a more comfortable option for you.

        

2. No smoking is allowed in the house except in specially designated outdoor areas. 

          

3. The owners are quite sensitive about having pets on their houseboat. If you would like to check in with your pet friend, please contact us by phone or email before you make your reservation. 

           

4. The house has a separate barbecue area. But please notice that the firewood or coals are to be brought to the house by yourself. You can also order food from surrounding restaurants or bring your own groceries.

            

5. During your stay at the houseboat, you can encounter many artworks by Saint Petersburg's artists. If one of the paintings is to your liking, you can purchase it from us and take it away with you not only in the form of a pleasant memory but also as a valuable physical souvenir.
